Bondtech B783 is a styrene-safe adhesive designed for bonding materials used in the insulation industry. These materials include bonding of polystyrene, urethane foam, and other porous materials to zinc anneal galvanised iron, aluminiumm and wood. The high heat resistance of B783 makes it especially suitable for this type of bonding. It has been designed to spray easliy through low-pressure spray systems without producing excessive over-spray or cob webbing. When sprayed, it has a quick initial tack and an extended tack range to facilitate production handling. B783 can be sprayed through any normal spray gun set-up or it can also be applied by brush or roller. Spraying is the most economical and coverage of up to 8m2 can be expected.
