ReoFlex liquid polyurethane rubbers offer a convenient one-to-one by volume mix ratio and are used for a variety of applications, including making moulds for architectural elements, rubber props and prototypes. Vacuum degassing is not necessary and ReoFlex rubbers cure with negligible shrinkage to a durable rubber that will meet the stringent demands of production casting of wax, plasters and other materials.
ReoFlexTM 20
Shore A 20 hardness polyurethane rubber. 1A:1B mix ratio by volume, 30 minute pot life and 16 hour cure time.
Used in hundreds of industrial and art-related applications, many PMC rubbers are easy to use and exhibit excellent wear resistance. They cure with negligible shrinkage. They are economical, reproduce exceptional detail and are perfectly suited for production casting of concrete, gypsum and wax. Some PMC rubbers are suitable for mechanical parts (gaskets, wheels, pulleys) as well as ball mill liners and vibration/shock pads.
PMCTM-121 30/DRY
Shore A 30 hardness polyurethane rubber. DRY formula, 1A:1B mix ratio by volume, 30 minute pot life and 16 hour cure time.
Used to make limited run production rubber moulds, stamping pads, rubber prototype parts, rubber props and pour-in-place gaskets for industrial equipment. Econ rubbers are also suitable for coating fabrics and burial vaults.
EconTM 60
Economical Shore 60A polyurethane rubber, 1A:1B mix ratio by volume, 6 minute pot life and 4 hour handling time.
