These low viscosity rubbers are available in a range of durometer hardnesses, physical properties, and open/cure times to make it easy to find the right pourable rubber for any project.

VytaFlexTM Series

Using Smooth-On’s exclusive “V-Polymer™” technology, VytaFlex™ polyurethane rubbers offer superior physical and performance properties for casting concrete.  VytaFlex™ mould rubbers work especially well for casting pigmented / coloured concrete. Moulds made with VytaFlex™ Series polyurethanes will render accurate and uniform coloured castings.

ReoFlexTM Series

ReoFlex liquid polyurethane rubbers offer a convenient one-to-one by volume mix ratio and are used for a variety of applications, including making moulds for architectural elements, rubber props and prototypes. Vacuum degassing is not necessary and ReoFlex rubbers cure with negligible shrinkage to a durable rubber that will meet the stringent demands of production casting of wax, plasters and other materials.

PMCTM Series

Used in hundreds of industrial and art-related applications, many PMC rubbers are easy to use and exhibit excellent wear resistance. They cure with negligible shrinkage. They are economical, reproduce exceptional detail and are perfectly suited for production casting of concrete, gypsum and wax. Some PMC rubbers are suitable for mechanical parts (gaskets, wheels, pulleys) as well as ball mill liners and vibration/shock pads.
