Rowe Advanced Materials carries urethane, latex, and silicone rubbers which can be applied onto an original model for accurate concrete casting moulds.
Once the mould rubber cures, the moulds can be used to make architectural elements, concrete stone veneer, formliners, concrete countertops, GFRC panels, concrete statues and furniture and more.
VytaFlexTM Series
Using Smooth-On’s exclusive “V-Polymer™” technology, VytaFlex™ polyurethane rubbers offer superior physical and performance properties for casting concrete. VytaFlex™ mould rubbers work especially well for casting pigmented / coloured concrete. Moulds made with VytaFlex™ Series polyurethanes will render accurate and uniform coloured castings.
