Epoxy laminating systems can be used with reinforcements such as S-Glass, E-Glass, Kevlar and Carbon fibres for lay-up applications or composite parts. They display exceptional physical and performance properties and can be sanded, shaped, machined, drilled, tapped and painted.

Dalchem ER 421

Dalchem 421 is a solvent-free, liquid epoxy resin system specifically designed as an industrial-grade laminating and tooling epoxy that cures at room temperature. Its low viscosity allows easy wetting of fibreglass and fillers, making it ideal for laminating, casting, adhesive bonding, and general-purpose applications. The system cures to form a hard, high-impact-resistant material with excellent mechanical properties, widely used in woodworking, boatbuilding, foundry pattern making, and general composite fabrication.
