Smooth-CastTM 300 Series
Smooth-Cast™ 300, 300Q, 305, and 310 are casting resins with an incredibly low viscosity. They provide the ease of a 1:1 mix ratio by volume and result in castings that are not only exceptionally bright white but also possess robust durability, machinability, paintability, and are virtually free of bubbles.

The Smooth-Cast™ 320 Series consists of ultra-low viscosity casting resins that yield virtually bubble-free tan coloured castings. The Smooth-Cast™ 320 resins are sister products to our popular Smooth-Cast™ 300 Series of bright white plastics, but are easier to colour to dark colours using SO-Strong™ or Ignite™ colour tints.

The Smooth-Cast™ 325, 326 & 327 ColorMatch™ Series plastics are urethane resins that were developed specifically for adding colour pigments and fillers to achieve true colour representation or filler effect. The ColorMatch™ Series is formulated “colour neutral”. Small amounts of pigment will yield accurate, vivid colours from cured castings using So-Strong™ tints, UVO™ pigments or Ignite™ colour pigments.
Smooth-CastTM 325
Fast-setting clear amber liquid plastic. 1A:1B by volume mix ratio. 2.5 minute pot life and 10 minute cure time.
Smooth-Cast™ 380 is a filled, high density casting resin formulated for a variety of tooling applications. This no-odour resin features a convenient 1A:1B mix ratio by volume, a 6 minute pot-life and cure time of about 60 minutes depending on mass and temperature. Low viscosity ensures minimal bubble entrapment and long term shrinkage of cured resin is very low.
Smooth-CastTM 380
A tan medium-setting, high density casting resin. 1A:1B mix ratio by volume. 6 min pot-life and 60 min cure time.
Smooth-Cast™ ONYX™ is a mercury-free urethane resin that cures at room temperature to a deep black, solid plastic. ONYX™ resins offer the convenience of a 1A:1B by volume mix ratio and have very low viscosities, so they are easy to mix and pour. ONYX™ resins have an ultimate Shore hardness of 80D and offer higher physical properties and higher heat resistance vs. other general purpose resins. ONYX™ resins are available in 2 speeds.
Smooth-CastTM ONYXTM FAST
Fast-setting BLACK low viscosity liquid plastic. 1A:1B by volume mix ratio. 2.5 min pot-life and 15 min cure time.
Smooth-Cast™ 45D, 57D, 60D, 61D, 65D and 66D are low-cost urethane casting resins that cure quickly to semi-rigid plastics that offer excellent impact resistance. Smooth‑Cast™ 65D has a unique gradual cure profile making it ideal for making lightweight, hollow rotational castings.
